All orders placed before 3 pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day
Anytime after 3 pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day

Tracking numbers for orders are sent by email/sms so you can stay in touch with tracking your package.
I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Therefore, no refunds can be given in these cases. Thanks for your understanding.
Returns/Exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.
All swimwear, bodysuits, pantyhose, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on ZHR part.
