One of the best ways to calm and unwind after a long hard day is to soak in a nice warm bubble bath. As an adult, you know how calming and relaxing this can be.
To use, add one to two capfuls of the bubble bath as you fill the tub. Adding it to rushing water will produce the most bubbles.
